I was enjoying my day by the pool when I was disturbed by an altercation between the owner & a resident. It seemed as if this man was screaming at the young lady for no reason. He doubted her residency even though I have seen her multiple times on my block. No older man should speak to any women the way he has no matter their title

By far the worst company in Staten Island. The owner is the rudest man to every homeowner and I could not believe he had the audacity to talk to a female the way he has spoken to residents. He needs to be put out of business along with the company. This company is ignoring all my calls as it is his wife who answers them. It is impossible to get ahold of this business as they probably get many complaints about Al. He is miserable within himself and has no right to treat females the way he does. I never had a problem at this pool before but today the one time he was there I did. I am disgusted by how this man is still employed as he completely harassed me

The person who manages my community pool in Windham Loop by the name of AL is the most rudest , obnoxious human being there is. I seen what happened by the pool this saturday , the way a homeowner was treated is inexcusable. We are going to try and get a petition to get him to stop managing our community pool. We are all going to go around and sign petitions, AS A HOMEOWNER I am disgusted. NO EXCUSE!!! Airing the homeowners business. Multiple people in our community got together and discussed this. It so happens that so many people had issues with this man.
