The staff is so fake and disingenuous, double-standards are common place, cliques are formed depending on who the staff favors. They are hurting for members and they wonder why. Fire Hailey, Gina and Nichole and get people who actually care about members welfare.

Unsafe for bipoc , trans and at risk youth. Dr. Sloan has called the cops on several youth, expressing struggles with their mental health, criminalizing their experiences. Their workers make up allegations on their members, and continue to deadname if not, claim their members are using false identity if they dont affirm their pronouns. This organization has denied HIV+ people from essential healthcare, and despite claiming to be an lgbt center, is really headed by white liberals who sit on their tuchues to collect their paychecks.

Went to this place for interest in services. Person named Manny had me sign a list for a complimentary gift card and the list had a ton of names and addresses on it! So much for privacy and HIPPA. Don't trust this place to keep your info private!

I applied for this job back in October while employed, I state this first because I want people to understand I chose Pride Center because of the mission. I quit because the mission is not aligned with what is actually happening here. The dysfunction is overwhelming, the exclusion is palpable! I began work almost 3 months before my coworker, they received a phone, desk and messages to be part of team meetings and I had not. I was not an active participant in the May celebrations but was asked to table an event for Juneteenth. Do you see where I am going with this? Heartbroken but undeterred, Im going to continue my work in the community In service of the underserved. Being a senior and/or poc, leaves MUCH to be desired at this all inclusive community based organization. The people, all of US, deserve so much more.
