I would have given a better rating had they just listened to the instructions for the egg and bacon sandwich on a bagel. I asked for a well done toasted bagel and emphasized to toast it well done a 2nd time. Like so many other places they barely even put it in the toaster for 30 seconds and the result was a bagel that looked like it was never toasted.
