Dave & Buster's Staten Island

Food was super salty and not fresh. The service takes forever to get someone to get a drink at the bar!! The games that are multi players always had a problem with one of the players. We are usually here with myself and my 3 boys always one player broken on car games especially and always problems with air hockey!! ..

The night employees was very unprofessional I asked a question and from me asking a simple question bout me looking young and I came with my three years old baby for her to enjoy her self and all I wanted was a 5 dollar shot that I was going to pay for and I still was going to show them my id but the guy that work the night shift threatened me by calling the police on me while i have my baby with me and I paid 125 plus 10 tip for my baby to enjoy her night so I told him can I speak to his manager he told me no he is the manager and I just walked away for my baby to go play the games Im glade the security guard was there to see the whole thing and knew that he was wrong and my baby couldnt even finish play the games and she only 3 years old and had us outside in the cold to call our cab for me and my 3 years old baby to get home and they would give me my money back and they wouldnt give me my tip back and we really had to sit on the cold with bags like and this was our first time there me and my baby never ever had to go through ever in our life I felt very unsafe and mistreated for no reason all cause I ask do I look that young but yeah we will never ever go back next time we will go to the one in Manhattan like this is so messed up and sad like that wasnt not right and he told me he was going to have them lock me up and take my baby from me for no reason and he was mad cause they aint arrested me and they aint took my baby from me so yeah we had to stand outside in the cold for me to call our cab they dont even deserve a star specially after what he did like I aint come there for that I came there for my 3 years old baby could enjoy her night but thank to ya unprofessional employees that ya hired ya need to do better

Had an amazing day at Dave & Busters. Were a rather large party of nine, and we tended to by Ray and he did an amazing job. Couldnt be happier, and were out of town. Thanks Ray.
