I was looking for good therapist to help me with anxiety and panic attacks and relationship issues. I tried several different therapists but no one was a good as Eliza. She helped me quite a lot: we practiced exercises to deal with panic attacks and social anxiety. I am noticing so much improvement; very impressed with progress in such short time. I highly recommend this mental health practice.

Aliza is absolutely wonderful.  I clicked with her instantly and it takes a lot for me to connect with a therapist.  Her calm, warm and  nurturing manner puts me at ease.  Her knowledge of trauma and how to deal with it is exceptionally helpful.  Additionally, regardless of time of day, weekends or holidays, if I need to talk to her she makes herself available.  I am so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with the effects of trauma.

I rarely write reviews but I was asked by my therapist. I would give my therapist 5 stars, but it took them couple of weeks to schedule me, I did not like to wait this long, but in the end it was worth it. I saw another therapist before but didnt feel very as comfortable sharing as I do now. Thank you.
