Reception is disorganized and rude. My family and I went to get our covid shots and the woman at the desk had us waiting for hours and let other people go in first. She also mixed my papers up and didnt notify the nurse that I was getting my shot.
April 2022 update:
I don't know where they hire their receptionists but they need to do better. Went in today for my booster and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to help. The girl (yes, I say girl because no woman would behave that way) at the desk was snotty, rude, and stupid. I told her that I had gotten my first two shots and was there for the additional booster. She kept saying there wasn't a third shot. Finally after making it look like I was the problem, I got an appointment but she's really a snotty person.

First time being here, there was no parking lot. Going in I was greeted right away, the receptionist were nice. I waited omg what felt like an hour and when I was finally called I was triaged right away but them put in a room and waited some more. I saw the OBGYN Feeta Caphart and she was very caring and her beside manners were amazing. She made sure to take her time to answer any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend her if you don't mind the wait time. She ran a bunch of test, blood is taken there which is convenient. I will be going again.
