        I visited this place today for my passport the lady named Krystal (black lady) was very rude to us.i was ready with all my documents and passport application filled , she asked my husband to step back when he came forward to help me. Also she asked about my profession to insult me about my communication..Usps please do not hire such people who do not know how to treat their customers respectfully.

        I can't praise this postal branch enough! Kathy and the amazing staff on Castleton Avenue went above and beyond to accommodate my passport application appointments for both of my daughters. Such kind, friendly, professional service that I am most appreciative of. Thank you, Kathy and the USPS for making my life easier and for providing such outstanding service to the members of our community!!!

        Stay away. Clerks lie about products and services. Packages get screwed up, there is no accountability since ignorance is not a cause to be fired.

        I use to go get my passport at victory and would take 1 hour or more, For passport appointment, very fast just get the papers for first time passport done at home if it's your first time for passport. Very quick and done took 10 minutes to finish.
