Needed some work done, disconnecting some appliances, installing a couple and fixing some piping. Billy made sure to be clear about needing to see what was needed for the job rather than give an estimate that could be way off. Cost was exactly as quoted once he knew the work to be done. Scheduling was easy and I received a warning about a small delay promptly.Besides doing the work well, Billy took the time to make sure I understood what he did, and what to pay attention to for simple maintenance I can do myself.
