This company is the best kept secret on the island. We have been using this company numerous times in the past few years and they are simply amazing at what they do. Andrew and Lonnie are really good at what they do. They make a super hard job look amazing easy, that's how good they are at their craft. I've used them for sewer backups, drain pipe leaks and now the overdue replacement of my water heater. They work fast and do the job the way it is supposed to be done. Pricing is always good and they make you feel like family. Love this company and the technicians they employee. Thank you all for the excellent service. Every year we need our sewer line cleaned out. For the past 2 years, Lonnie, from American Drain has come to do the (unpleasant) job. He is EXCELLENT. Professional, timely, pleasant to have in your home and cleans up after himself (literally on his hands and knees cleaning the floor from where he entered to where he had been walking through). Highly recommended and will be using again for the years to come.

Today American Drain Cleaning Staten Island came to our home to replace our 28 year old gas hot water heater with a new modern unit. They came in drained and removed the old unit brought in the new unit connected and tested it and we had hot water back in no time. The crew was very efficient and courteous they wore mask and gloves the entire time,took the time to explain everything and left the boiler room cleaner than they found it Thank you for a great job!!!

When you find your basement flooding it is a horrific feeling. How much is this going to cost? Is the problem major? How quickly can I get someone out here? were the questions running through my mind as I watched the ever expanding puddle on my basement floor. I sought out help from American Drain Cleaning and I am beyond happy with my experience. They got someone out here immediately which probably saved my basement and belongings from catastrophic damages due to water and sewage damage. Lonnie was professional and courteous. He explained every part of the process to me and explained the problem to me in a way that a layman like me could understand and took the time to explain to me measures I could take to avoid future blockages and measures to take should one occur again so that I could possibly fix the blockage on my own. That right there sold me on future use of this company. They were not some greedy company looking to take my money and leave me with no understanding on what happened or why it happened, they were looking out for my family and home by explaining to me ways we could avoid the situation in the future. Cost is always a factor when you come upon a problem like this and this company was beyond reasonable and did not cost an arm and a leg. Lonnie did recommend products that we could use to avoid future blockages but did not push them like other companies I know, he gave suggestions and left it in my ball park wether I decide to follow through. Again he took the time to explain to me how these products could improve our plumbing and avoid future problems.
