Linda assisted me with my prescriptions tonight at approximately 8pm. Linda truly went above and beyond to help me. I had a shipping issue with a prescription and I was having trouble getting my prescription as a result but Linda got on the phone with insurance and explained the shipping discrepancy and urgency that I get my medication and was able to swiftly get my refill approved. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service skills.

Omg, almost 30 minutes at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. Doesn't matter what time you come. It's always the same. What a shame cause the staff are nice but slow as heck.. another time I was already at the window, was asked to please wait, please wait, then 20 minutes went by and then I was asked to pls come inside because she was working alone.. why didn't she just ask me to come inside in the first place. Who knows! Ridiculous place.. Don't come here if your in a hurry!!!

My doctor sent a prescription at 5:00 pm. I had to start taking it at 6:00 pm. I called at 5:30 to see if it was ready and was told it would definitely be ready at 6:30 pm. I was there promptly and was told the prescription just came in and wasnt ready. When I explained that it was there for an hour and a half and I was told it would be ready, the response was Oh well. I was in agony and had to stand there for half an hour while the prescription was filled. Never again.
