        This was my first trip to a pet groomer. The groomer did an outstanding job explaining the procedures/options of grooming. I was impressed with her confidence in handling my dog(large). When I picked him up he was very calm from this experience. I was nervous that he would be very anxious from his first professional grooming. I will bring my dog back solely because of the groomer's professionalism.

        I placed an order online. Received an email that it was ready for pickup. Website states open till 8 pm. At 7 pm they were closing the doors after I drove all the way here. The items were paid for all I needed was to receive it. Poor customer service and when I advised the website hours, they advised to take it up with corporate. Not the way you keep customers. Extremely disappointed since I wasted gas and time.
