        I LOVE this place. We have been going to this place since they opened in Richmondtown. We of course followed them to manor road. I have a diabetic 16 year old dog who can be pretty nasty at times when he goes to the groomer. This is the only place that I trust. They know how to handle older dogs and really know my dog well and what they can and cannot do with him. They are gentle and do a beautiful job. They also will help work around their schedule to fit mine when I its necessary. The owner, the groomers and everyone else who works there are so nice. The store is nice inside and I really TRUST them. Excellent place. Pacino and family thank you!
