Pediatric Health Care

Very poor attitude and unprofessional receptionist. The person who is named Jeniffer is speaking very rude to patients. We sent in a medical form for them to fill out in Nov 2023 and it's still not done yet. Now is Apr 2024. Went there on Mar.28 2024 to get the form and was told they'll email it to us. Apr.2 2024 we called in and was told to wait for a callback. No one ever called back. Call in again and Jennifer told us that they would never email any forms to patients. Omg. what? Fooling patients around? How come they could get such a good review? Btw Dr. Susan is very friendly and does her job very well. Thumbs up for her :)

I love all the pediatricians at this site. They have assisted in all my needs with my son whether in emergency situations or not. Dr. Lema was hands on and very involved when my son had RSV. Dr. Mevs always answers all My questions no matter how big or small. He reassures me with my childs needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a pediatrician that is getting paid to vaccinate kids. If I can help save one parent or child its worth it. When I visited for a consultation with my wife they already had signs everywhere about vaccinations and in their opening letter stating that if you question even one shot for your child they will send you to another pediatrician, first major Red flag. The staff then tells us to keep google for shopping and let the doctors worry about the rest. Are you kidding me? An insult to a persons intelligence since they are implying that you are not capable to do your own research or to question them, second Red flag. Staff goes on to explain that if we didn't want to inject our new born according to the vaccine schedule that they do offer another schedule to space them out, here is where it got interesting, the nurse started to whisper and say i am not supposed to show you this schedule so hopefully you don't use it Third red flag. My conclusion was that they could care less about kids and their main focus is injecting your child with any vaccine they can collect a commission for, don't believe me? Look it up as they are financially incentivized to vaccinate their patients, can you say Conflict of interest? If you want your child to be treated as an experiment by an office that is so cold you can feel it walking in than this is the place for you. We found a much better Pediatrician on SI that does not act like the vaccine gestapo. Very happy with our decision and our baby is safe thanks to it.

We have been with the practice for over 18 years now. Each time we visit here we feel like we matter!! The office is always clean, never a long wait, always familiar faces and everyone is so knowjedgable. The doctors and other staff truly care!!!
