My kids have been going to Dr. Devito since they were babies and we couldnt be happier. They have the best staff had the same staff for over 10 years. Highly recommend them.

This place is phenomenal, absolutely amazing. The other day I came in with my child because he was complaining about a small tummy ache so I took him here and on the spot they handled my situation. The ladies at the front desk were the kindest souls, and even offered me some chocolate while I idly waited by for the doctor. The chocolate was to die for, it melted in my mouth as I felt the cocoa beans from the Amazon forest slowly reach my intestines. I strolled over to my seat but as I was just about to sit down the doctor blasted right out and said, Ill take care of you maam!. He hurried over picked up Phyliss with his mighty strength and carried him over to the examination room. He performed all these procedures and kept comforting me with his words that my son would be alright. I watched him whilst he worked, something about his mustache makes things all the better, so eloquently floating as the desk fan hit it and the little hairs flowed in the wind. I waited to be emancipated from what felt like shackles to the sickness my little Phyliss was going through, eventually he concluded it was a stomach bug and the cause was birthday cake. The very birthday cake that I baked him the day prior, I felt truly ashamed. All I ever wanted was the best for him, I even got him the strong paper plates because those were his favorite. Phyliss is my everything. I stood there weeping, reminiscing on all the times Ive had with Phyliss, knowing that the birthday cake I crafted would cause the downfall to his stomach. The Doctor, gave me the biggest hug and provided me with antibiotics, he said if I just gave him this it would all be okay. With the doctors words, it felt like everything would be okay, his hands felt strong and firm, almost as firm as the words that exited his mouth. Everything was alright, thanks to him.

I am not a patient in the staten island office. I see my pediatrician in brooklyn. But my son has been really sick and when I called the front desk was kind and very understanding gave my pediatrician my message and called back . I truly appreciated them during this time.

This office continuously sends me other patients info. I have told them on numerous occasions and I am told yes will take care of it, it never happens.
It would make me question or ability to treat me as a patient. They cannot keep their patients information private

I was very impressed that my 6 month old was given an eye exam. I was told there may be an issue and to follow up with an ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist was also impressed and thankfully found nothing wrong, but said how lucky I am to have a pediatrician that cares so much. I truly appreciate the comprehensive approach to care that Devito and Alvarado offers their patients. Dr. Devito has always taken the time to answer all my questions, and put any concerns I may have as a new mom to rest. Thank you for the excellent care you give the children that walk into your office!
