        These people do NOT deserve one star! They are CROOKS! The owner is so rude and and the employees are not specific when it comes to the rules. The Mexican female that works there is a LIAR!! They have no compassion! Bottom line My son pawn my gold chain. I went there yesterday without the the ticket. The female worker told my son would have to retrieve or I need a notarized letter from my son or if I can get the ticket/receipt. I finally searched for the receipt. I went back there earlier today. I spoke to the owner and he was so extremely rude and said I could not have it without notarized letter. BUT yesterday the Mexican worker told me I can come back with the ticket! Today she said she never told me that information!! Lied to a customer and lied to her BOSS/OWNERS! Im devastated. That chain was from my deceased Dad! These LIARS are holding my property hostage. Time to get a subpoena!

      Lee Ann Leon you should make a police report, reporting your father's chain stolen. Your son steals and pawns property that isn't his to begin with and we are the CROOKS ! See you in court.
