I wish I really could give an accurate review of this doctor but what I can say is the office is disorganized and the doctor pays more attention to what the nurse says unprofessionally telling a patient that they can't have a procedure and not letting the doctor get a word in edgewise. This doctor also has a nurse in his facility that gives neurological diagnosis from test results which to my knowledge is not allowed unless you are a doctor. It is unprofessional to schedule a patient for a procedure without evaluating them and asking them about all of their conditions and letting them know what clearances they may or may not need before scheduling for the procedure. It is a waste of time for the patient as well as the doctor when all of these things aren't taken care of before scheduling. An office that truly cared about patients and their conditions would not do this this office made it seem like a patient's pain is not important it's just a joke for the nurse. If Dr. Alexis is a good doctor he needs better staff

I walked in afraid and nervous. I didn't know what to expect. When I got there I felt so comfortable. The staff was amazing. Going to the surgery area I never felt so scared before. The staff in the OR were amazing. I can say we were laughing and talking about all my vacations. Today I feel 100%better. Thank you to all in that facility.

Says communication is key especially if you have medical ptsd but was just BS-isg me. Barely gave me any sedation to give me injections in my SI joint which I think he did the wrong side while I was screaming and crying for them all to stop. It was horrific. Do not go there.. I am in mors pain physically and mentally after that.

I went for my follow up appt and I saw Marina whom was very nice and accommodating. When I was first called into the room they handed me a cup to submit a urine sample. However, as soon as I went into the room the PA (Marina) came in and started my appointment so I put the urine cup down. We did the appointment which took about 15 min. At the end of the appointment Marina told me to make a follow up appointment, which I did. I then left. About 30 minutes after I left the office, Marina called me and notified me that I had forgotten to give the urine before I left. I explained that I forgot and that she also forgot to remind me by asking me for it before I left . I then went right back to the office to submit the urine sample. However, when I went back they told me I broke their policy contract by leaving and that they were cutting ties with me. Doctor Alexis then came in the room and accused me of being a drug addict and accused my husband, who works for the board of education and is subjected to drug tests all the time, a drug addict also. I told him that I came back in good faith to submit the urine sample as it was an honest mistake that I forgot, and that his staff, including Marina, forgot to ask me for the sample before I left as well. I have been going to Dr Alexis for years, he has done numerous procedures on my back and I do not understand the very unprofessional behavior by him and his staff I am appalled by the slander that my husband and I were subjected to in front of numerous staff members
