The staff making the appointments were very bias regarding my comp case. The manager Tamika was very dismissive and unprofessional. I expressed to her , that I had an open comp case, and she refused to make an appointment because it wasnt within the first 90 days of my case. Im guessing because they cant overcharge my insurance, they wasn't interested in having me as a patient. Very distasteful, and I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I took my daughter to Dr. L'Insalata as an emergency for a hand injury. He saw her right away. He has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients. I would recommend him.

I was injured falling off a ladder. I can not stress how frustrating it is to deal with the job etc etc..... Dr John l'insalata and his staff are amazing. They explained to me in detail of the process of getting approved. it relieved so much stress, and that was before the surgery.. the surgery went well! everybody was so nice made me feel very comfortable for really tough time. They made it an easy experience. I highly recommend Dr John Lynn salata and staff and I really appreciate Karen for explaining everything...not enough Stars

I went here for my daughter who was 23 months old at the time. I was very pleased with his assessment. He had good rapport and my daughter didnt feel scared at all while being tested. My daughter is almost 5 years old now and I still believe that he presented with good professional judgment. I would disregard the review about the health insurance as mentioned below. The situation was really upsetting but its the health insurance that didnt do a good job, not the doctor who is just trying to keep up with the bills of his medical office and compensate the people who work there that keeps the office going. I will have to go back there unfortunately to get my daughters foot checked . This is why I looked for his information again and I saw all the reviews. Lets support the doctors who do a good job as they are very rare. I am editing now to give my review on our latest visit. Once again , lots of patients were waiting and so I thought, okay thats a good sign. I love that he ordered the second x-ray right in his office (the first one was done at the urgent care but did not get a clear view due to the inflammation) and got the result in minutes and so we confirmed a fracture. Thankfully, its not displaced . His explanation was thorough and answered my questions and concern. Shes being followed and hopefully everything goes well. This is a follow-up after more than a year. My daughter is doing great! Dr. Insalata did a great job on clinical assessment and intervention . I appreciate the home activities that he provided such as how to gradually increase the load on her foot. Now , she is perfectly fine that she doesnt even remember which side had the fracture.
