This service is horrible, I do not recommend it, I give you an example: if you have an appointment at 12:10pm, they take your vital signs 30 minutes later, and after 35 to 40 minutes the doctor sees you, that is not fair, they should respect your time, apart from if you have knowledge of test results, a blood glucose level of 250 and cholesterol of 420 is normal for the doctor!! Bay Medical has a very friendly and caring staff, as well as a clean office. Galina was very helpful and the receptionist staff always makes patients feel comfortable expressing their needs and concerns.

I have been receiving pcp and gyn services for years at Bay Medical Care. I'm so satisfied as a patient. The customer service with all doctor's and front desk workers Galina and Maria and all medical assistant staff are professional and respectful to all my privacy. I strongly recommend this medical center to all who have a busy and working schedule and still wanna stay on top of your health. All times and dates are workable around your schedule.
