        Waiting for medicine authorisation whole week called to the front desk Nadya very rude and unprofessional told me to wait another week because manager on vacation. Very rude unprofessional and doesnt want to help. Big mess doesnt want to work inside that office.

        I made an appointment for my mother she were there for 3 hours waiting. Front desk is racist and very rude my mom was very disappointed when asked a question from them about the waiting. Russians get there first no matter if you have an appointment. Do not recommend anyone who value their time. Doctor seems like doesnt care about how the stuff is working RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
