        In fairness, I am not rating Dr. Salgado , this bad review is for the experience I had with his staff Jilly Ann , this is my first time to see this Md , so I asked for the location of the office and the way she answered me was in a manner like she was irritated, so I told her not to raise her voice and she said she was not irritated, and I’m the one irritating myself , I am a healthcare provider and we don’t treat prospective pt like this ,I was hoping to have a better experience with Dr. Salgado.

        The doctor was fine but the way the staff is run is terrible. they never call you back with tax results you have to call them and schedule an appointment. If you have a 2 o’clock appointment don’t expect to be seen till at least 330.

      Miran Salgado, MD

      Dr. Miran Salgado is a movement disorder specialist, the Chief of NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and the Medical Director of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Information and Referral Center. He graduated from the Medical College of the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and completed residency training in internal medicine. In the U.S., he completed his neurology residency training at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center where he was Chief Resident. He also completed his fellowship in Movement Disorders at the Neurological Institute at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and is board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology.
