Finally found an amazing nail artist!!! Kelly @ la belle nail spa in new dorp is sooo professional and sooo sweet!!! She is very accommodating to all my design requests.. she would even try it on a fake nail last time just for me to see how it would look. She is also a real artist because she wont just copy what i show her from the internet, she will give me awwsome options and make it more elegant!!! I am so happy I found hervisit her and their shop and you will surely come out satisfied and light hearted. Services: Nail art, Gel manicures

I went asking for a soak off for my acrylic gel, I havent visited this business in some time because the woman never listen to what people ask of them. I came in for a gel removal. Which I asked to be soaked off and they said okay, but then proceeded to remove my gel with a drill. I asked them to stop and remove it with soaking them to which first they agreed then the owner told no. She refused to have them soak my nails off and apparently since they cant understand English they didnt understand and then followed with the fact that gel doesnt soak off, which is simply bizarre if your running a nail salon you should know that gel soaks off. So she continued drilling my nail down to the bed and then didnt even cut the tips I asked her to 3-5 times, then charged me extra for cutting two tips off. They drilled the tip down into my nail and did not remove it either. So first they do not accommodate their guest then follow with overcharging them. Its sad because they used to be good but I dont know if its the girls or the management. But its not nice because now my nails are damaged from the drilling. If you didnt want to complete a service then say so instead of ruining a customers nails. Services: Polish removal, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

my third time coming here and i love it every time! the staff is very kind and makes sure you like what theyre doing. always does an amazing job and never disappoints! i love my new spring nails :)
