Got charged a 50.00 gratuity on a steak that came out practically raw and service that was average at best. Last time l eat there

First time dinning at Piccolinos and it was a pleasant experience!
Serving staff was knowledgeable of the menu, attentive of our needs. Our water glasses were never empty.
Our cocktail were excellent! The wine was a good size pour!
All of our cocktails, appetizers, main course, coffee and dessert were all packed with great flavors!
My pork chop was HUGE accompanied by seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
Judging from the empty plates of my fellow guest theirs were delicious too.
And as an added bonus they had a cruder singing in the style of Frank Sinatra supper club! He was a bit too loud but had a great voice and played all the classics!
First timer but wont be the last! They get a well deserved 5 ***** Star review!
