Boba Le Tea Cafe

This establishment makes amazing drinks ONLY when the guy is working. There's a women who works here that is incredibly rude and makes water down drinks. She also has a habit of overcharging $1. When I confronted her about the overcharged drink she couldn't hold in her smirk and came up with an excuse of her using "special tea". I insisted of her giving me back my money. At this point I just wanted a full refund, not only for the poor quality drink, the blatant theft but just for the complete lack of intergerty and honesty. I don't usually post negative reviews but she deserves it. I feel bad for the guy that's actually customer service centric and makes great drinks that's why I'm only giving 3 stars and not a 1 star. I'll let him know about what occurred and post an updated review based on his response. So a recap about my visit and what you readers should be aware of, guy is great . You see the women get out of there ASAP. Also ask for the receipt to see if they're charging you correctly!

A big recommendation from me to this little corner branch! It's a very good environment and everything is very tasty and of high quality! The prices are also very good, and I think the second branch should be somewhere, for example, in the mall, I wish you more success.

The best in our area. The bubble tea there is my daughter's favorite. The gentleman that works there is very nice and friendly.
