QDOBA Mexican Eats

I just have to leave this poor review on what I felt to be unprofessionalism going on at this location, as I am a frequent customer at this Woodrow location, I have grown a relationship with the staff and the manager brianna. I have come for so long and absolutely love this location. Im always treated with respect whether I come in alone or with my family. The food is always good as well. Just a great atmosphere all around. But I have to say I was in the store on Friday afternoon and what I witnessed was the manager Brianna leaving the store very upset with a middled aged man with glasses on. The store was in chaos. There was some other guy there that was trying to handle a situation that he had no control over because their was a lot of ruckus going on in the store with customers that were young, another employee seemed to be very upset as well. which this man could not handle. I just feel who ever these two men were that came into the store that day were not there to fix a problem they were making problems. Just very unprofessional I felt. Never did I ever feel uncomfortable to walk into that store. It was always like a family in there. But on this day it just felt very weird. And everyone was just not on their game. So whatever was going on I dont think it was handled in the most appropriate way. And who ever is in charge of such things, should really get a better control of your business and who you have working for you. You will lose a lot of customers this way and your business will fail. Because I can tell you this just from bearing witness to this on that day was a huge turn off for me and I wound up leaving the store.

The quickest and most simple food with the best service. The staff is so sweet, I have to worst social anxiety but they make me feel welcomed! I feel terrible because some of the customers are so nasty to the employees and they handle it with the most compassion. Ill be honest, you couldnt pay me to deal with what they do. Some people are so entitled. Qdoba got lucky with this crew!!!!
