Worst so called medical facility iv ever had the displeasure of being at .I'm just a Dumb blue collar guy but is it common practice to give a patient a pill to slow their heart down have them sit in a waiting room almost 3 hrs then give them nitroglycerin tab to speed up their heart heart

The fact that this place only gets a 2.5 is fitting. This place is staffed with rude unprofessional employees. I tried walking in for son to have a sono gram of a swollen lymph node, before I can even finish my sentence..."nooo we don't do that on Wednesday" There's literally no1 in the waiting room but it was fully staffed. They're still pushing Covid as a reason not to over book patients. I was able to get into Verrazano Radiology and get it read that day! So thank you Verrazano Rad. NYU Langone needs to reevaluate their staff and managers at their Staten Island locations, and realize that patients are not just another number or nuisance.

I made an appointment on Nov.14 for to day Nov 16th i received several confirmation emails till yesterday to day i went at 2.55 pm filled a form and after i was told (not professionally)that they dont make my test at that location and for 14 days nobory knew it What type of organizzation i was told SORRY not even a mgr to come out and at least apologize when i asked for a mgr someone said I"M but i was told she wasnt what a show i had to leave i sent an email to Patient Relation than i got a call (not even from patient relation)but from the office to say SORRY (BECAUSE THEY WERE CALLED BY PATIENT RELATION)maybe they will call one day
