        The doctor is fine, theres a nice receptionist, a young darker skinned girl who always answers the phone and is very sweet. This issue I have is the other staff girls (receptionists/front desk/clerical women), who barely answer the phone, dont care or give you instructions on what to do, and even when they answer they just transfer you because they dont know how to do their job. Just today I went in and Dr. Prainito is very nice but these two front desk girls who were next to each other complained that I came in again today and said oh my god, its him again? Meanwhile theyre the ones who told me they needed my old immunization records from my old doctor and thats what I brought them. My old doctor even said they shouldve been able to access it online and that theyre probably being lazy.
