Waste of time went there for interview for front desk and was never seen waited 1 hour 30 minutes even told the front desk bad management and bad vibes

In October of 2014, I was involved in a car accident that broke my back, along with two ribs, and caused an emergency fusion on my spine.   When the healing just wasn't happening like it should have and the pain was too unbearable, Dr. Bhatia at Richmond Interventional Pain Management was recommended to me by a NeuroSurgeon. Between my first visit with Dr. Bhatia, all the way to today's visit, that man has helped me through revision surgeries to my spine, Nerve Blocker shots, Radiofrequency Ablation shots, held my hand when I had my Spinal Cord Stimulator (w/another NeuroSurgeon) and so many other issues.The office ladies are absolute DOLLS!  They attend to/return calls, answer questions (assuming they know the answer!) or will get back to you with the answer you're looking for. The PA's & Nursing staff is just as awesome.  Super sweet, quick to make you comfortable and easy to speak to.  I've recommended this practice to a friend of mine.  I'll hope no one else needs a doctor that specializes in Pain, but should they need one, I'd only recommend this Practice.

Not good at all. They don't know what they're doing. Had a test done that I already had done a month prior, even the provider was confused and had to ask about it. Got a a procedure done months ago, never got results but I of course I did get a bill! If you ever call expect a 15 minute wait to then get an answering machine.

The absolute WORST office....Call during office hours and the phones are NEVER answered.  The staff is completely unresponsive to multiple messages left. No help, no consideration of their patients.    The doctors probably are not aware of the dysfunction of their office. It's a shame, because both doctors are very attentive to their patients.  Definitely DO NOT recommend going there.   Would not even give a 1-star rating but I have to in order to post this review.
