        Went to get an inspection from this guy and immediately he tells me it will be $100 because of tints. I told him I did inspection 2 years in a row and this is the first I heard of it. He said its more work to pass an inspection with to tints. If tints are illegal then remove them, dont try to game the system for a few bucks. Scammer
