Had a Gearbox go down from one of our costumers, the Gearbox was too big for us to remove had MER come in take it down and taken to there shop, the gearbox needed two gears and new bearings and seals, manufacture wanted ten weeks for new gears MER made new gears and had the box back to our costumer and installed in about 10 days

Same issues as I am reading here. Took our gear box. Said it was fixed. We sent a check for $9,700.00. Gear box was supposed to be shipped on receipt of check. Still waiting 10 months later. Filed complaint with BBB. No help. Filed complaint with NYS Attorney General. They will maintain a file in the event they receive similar complaints. If you have an issue PLEASE file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General. This is a pattern of theft.

very bad. gave us the runaround for months on the status of our repair. they promised an "as found" report but it was a total pain to get any information from them. Finally they returned our refrigerant compressor without end caps so you know moisture got in there during shipping.

Took our gearbox. Gave us the run around for 6 months. Said it was fixed....said he will deliver it......said it was not repairable.....said he lost it.....WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR OWN PARTS BACK.
