        I called and the woman could not be nicer. I picked up 2 Stainless Steel items from Kay Jewelers, one a chain, the other a bracelet. No jeweler wanted to touch resizing Stainless Steelno one until I walked into this place. Both owners were very helpful and took the time to look at the items. They said we can definitely resize the items. Gave me a great price, said it will be completed in less than an hour. Waited, they called, picked them up, and left. I am one thrilled customer. Highly recommend!
