    Dr. Wisniewski is a good doctor. I wouldn't give you 2 cent for her staff. Her staff is a horror and should not be working in that position.

    Dr. Wisniewski staff is so lackadaisical. No sense of urgency. I was going on vacation in August 2019 and required a prescription for travel. The day before I was to leave the pharmacy did not get the order. I was frantic and called the office. No answer for up to 2 hours I guess they went to lunch. I left a voice message explaining my situation they never returned the call. I finally reached them and they were not all that concerned. It's as if her staff wants her to fail . I like Dr. Wisniewski but I cannot deal with her staff.

    I really like Dr. Wisniewski and I was ready to follow her when she moved her office, but her new office staff are unhelpful and avoidant. I need an echo for my heart palpitations and I have the script from Dr. Wisniewski, however when I called to make the appointment, the Staten Island University Hospital cardiology office staff wanted the PCP office staff to call the insurance to make sure that an approval wasn't needed. Dr. Wisniewski's staff refused and said they don't do that. LOL they were even ready to give me their office/insurance codes so I can call instead. So lazy. I work at a hospital and I am well versed in these situations and I know for a fact that the PCP office staff are responsible for this. I don't have time for games. I am finding a new PCP. I also found this PCP through my mother in law that has also had difficulty making an appointment, getting call backs, and even getting through to anyone. She has also switched doctors. I am sorry for Dr. Wisniewski and if I had her email I would let her know what was going on. I hope someone speaks up to her soon!

    Nasty, snippy, curt office personnel with no time, and no patience for their patients! The doctor was nice enough and very helpful but you better have nothing going on in your life except this appointment bc if you have a job, or kids, or anything else in your life you can wait 2 - 3 months to see the doctor. I was calling for a NOW issue, not making plans for a FUTURE isssue. I would, and will, go elsewhere!
