      image WATCH YOUR BACK AND WALLET. MY PARENTS WERE CLIENTS FOR YEARS WHEN SHE STARTED OUT IN BROOKLYN AND WAS NASTY TO MY MOM RECENTLY BECAUSE MY MOM WAS ASKING QUESTIONS REGARDING HER POLICY. BEING THAT MY PARENTS WERE CLIENTS FOR 25 PLUS YEARS MY MOTHER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH DIFFERENTLY. I CANCELLED THE POLICY AND A CHECK THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DEPOSITED AFTER LEAVING A VOICEMAIL WAS CASHED AND I HAD TO GET CORPORATE FROM ALLSTATE INVOLVED! I WILL NEVER USE ALLSTATE AGAIN OR THIS AGENCY! NASTY NASTY PEOPLE!!!!!

      We are sorry you feel that way.We advised your mom with all required info in regard to what she was asking. All her questions within the scope of her insurance policy were addressed and answered. There was no further advice or steps to give on our end for her situation and it needed to be further handled with her building's association. The check in question was not mailed to nor received or handled by my office. It was mailed to, received by, and applied to the policy by the service center that she sent it to. So in that situation we have no control over them applying a payment once it is received in the mail.
