        I contacted 123 Heating and Cooling Corp because I was having an issue with the boiler at one of my rental properties. I received an immediate response from the owner and they were out there the same day to evaluate the problem. This company is located in Staten Island and they were willing to come out to Queens. The Professionalism, honesty and exemplary work that was performed on the boiler was very impressive. I have dealt with other companies in the area but after finding 123 Heating and Cooling Corp I will not use anyone else. I give them 10 stars

        Less than one week and they got the part needed to give me AC again when the temperature went into the 90's

        123 heating and cooling service is so bad. I called repair my furnace. They sent someone who has no idea about furnace. I was suffering so cold with my 2 children whole night and next day still they cant find the problem. Finally found small parts cost $20 but they charged $250 service charges . The guy name is Nabil he robbed my money. I never recommend him to anyone. Stay away from him. Service: Heating system repair

      we went to the customer very late at night, the tech found the problem which was an igniter. it was a special order igniter and the nearest dealer is 1 hour drive in north NJ .the next day we sent one of the guys to north jersey to pickup the igniter since we didn't want to order it and have it shipped and leave the customer without heat in this cold days for few days till the part arriveshere is a breakdown of our costnight after hours service call2 hours drive to NJ to get the parttolls and gas $30original part from the dealer $703rd trip to customer house to install the parttotal customer charged for all of the above including labor $250then she call us robbery thank you and have a good day.
