Cool Tech was there when I needed them! They are professional and the ultimate technicians. With honesty and with heart. I cant say enough about them. In the middle of the coldest January three years or so back and my entire system blew (as my Brooklyn townhouse started dipping to the freezing mark) Vinnie and his Technicians responded and searched out those hard to find parts - making quick repairs that have lasted years. His pricing is more than fair- Vinnies expertise is only matched by his generosity to his customers. I highly recommend Cool Tech

Beware! I hired these guys to service my HVAC unit.They serviced it twice and claimed to clean it both times (and charged me for it). The second time, they told me my unit was out of coolant and i needed 10 lbs of coolant. They charged me &225/lb for coolant. My unit actually can only hold 4 lbs of coolant. Not only did they completely overcharge me and rip me off, but they never cleaned the unit. I had to the. pay another technician to clean and repair my system. They claimed to issue a refund but unfortunately that was another false promises.Save yourself money and trouble and just go with someone else.

Cannot recommend Cool Tech enough! We appreciated their honest assessment in troubleshooting the problem, professional analysis and quality work. Everything is running smoothly with our new unit. Really appreciate the efficiency in getting this rooftop job finished - I know it wasnt easy. They are there for any follow up too. .Keeps your mind at ease. This is the place to call.
