Excellent Service! We just want to say how thankful we are to have EM Mechanical NY as our contractor. The Furnace system needed work. The whole unit was replaced along with the AC coil and condenser. Enrique did an awesome job. He and his two helpers were very responsible, trusting, professional, and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Fast work at a reasonable price.

I chose EM because they have very good reviews and credibility and flexible working schedules. They are also very confident in their products and very knowledgeable. EM provided great service and was very meticulous in installing and cleaning up the whole process. They gave me a very good warranty for labor and even helped to replace the thermostat for free. I would definitely recommend this company.

Need to replace my 30 yrs old system before the winter. Enrique and his team did the replacement very nice and neat. The estimate is also very reasonable for the equipment and their professionalism. I highly recommend EM to everyone.
