        Disappointed that the military discount is only extended to certain items. I understand covid mark ups have affected pricing .these have been replaced but new marketing techniques. I've literally spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years. I find this extremely disheartening and disrespectful.

        On March 5, 2024 I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes, Arthur kill Road store. I was told the dishwasher would be delivered 3/8/24 . I received a call the night before confirming my delivery. On 3/8, I get a call from another lowes store saying they do not have the item, and I will get it on 3/15. Two hours into that date , I get a call from Lowes , Hillsboro saying that the appliance was damaged and I will have to wait until 3/22. I called the Arthur Kill Road store, and asked to speak to the manager. I was told they do not keep any inventory in the store. Apparently, he did not care to listen to my complaint, and when I asked for his name, he hung up. Corporate was no better. I am not a fan of Lowes and the only reason I went there was to use a gift card toward my purchase. I can see why the Arthur Kill Road store never has customers. Poorly managed.
