Everyone speaks highly of the place so I decided to try ityes you do need to stand in line as the place gets packed. The entire time I felt like they rush to get the next person in. I have long hair and it took him 25mins - no way. I also noticed, he doesnt blow out small sections. As I got home, my hair completely flopped!! I even told him I need volume on top which now makes sense cause as I was standing in line; I noticed women bringing in their own shampoo & conditioner..I asked why they bring their own stuff, its because what they use for washing your hair makes it too soft and no texture - so now I know why. He didnt even use any texture cream and just sprayed his hands with hair spray and touched my hair a little and said next. Sorry but not worth $30.00 when my hair is flat and tons of fly aways.
