Sabrina and Alasia were awesome. I went for a cut and color, wasn't thrilled with the color when I got home and they were able to schedule me in within the same week to discuss my concerns and fix the color. Everyone was super friendly and helpful (I liked a bunch since it was my first time getting color in 10+ years). Would recommend a visit for the curly girls in NYC.

Sabrina is the BEST in the field! From her professionalism, attention to detail, active listening skills, expert knowledge in her craft, advice, and compassion, honestly, none can come close to comparing. I would buy a plane ticket just to ensure SHE is the one that cuts my hair. Her salon is exquisite, clean, and beautifully presented. Her staff are equally professional, friendly, and help make the entire experience one-of-a-kind! One cannot simply find better service and results elsewhere! I am absolutely in love with my new look and now Im on the road to longer, stronger, healthier hair! 11/10!!!

Before I came into the store I had combed my hair in the shower with no conditioner nothin because I was recommended not to and I showed my stylist what I wanted and I explained I wanted a wolf cut of a shag with face framing pieces and bangs she said that she could do an alternative so I didnt have so much poof but it wasnt anything of what I asked she cut it in a straight line with no shape I looked like an actual mop and I ended up having an emotional breakdown because of this and it was a as long as my neck I used to have it to my back there was no layers and I had another stylist help fix it up a bit and its okay but I never wanted anything like this I love the stylist that helped me but I hate how it turned out honestly again I wanted a wolf cut and she said she could replicate that she did not to anything like that and I dont know how to style it now so I would love to go back again but Im honestly scared to
