Great service! I called in the morning, and the beautiful flower arrangement was delivered for my friend's birthday that same afternoon. The flowers were fresh and vibrant!

Terrible costumer service. The woman was screaming on the phone after we asked who the flowers were from. Then when we explained that our husband/dad passed away and she hung up screaming that her dad is in the icu. That was so disrespectful and it was pathetic. Also getting the order incorrect with one card saying it was for an uncle and then the next card saying dad. I do not recommend to anyone.

I stopped by today on my way to the cemetery to see if they had a hyacinth plant for my parents grave. They only had one which was falling over on its side. The woman offered to tie it up with a stick and water it for me. I was very happy with the result and even happier that I could put my one of my Moms favorite flowers there. The woman in the store was so pleasant. Ill definitely be going back to this florist!!
