Horrendous installation of a one zone and a two zone split AC. Amazon hired this company. They cut every corner in the book. According to Amazon and what I paid for, this provider was supposed to provide me with a PVC drain and they installed a cheap plastic flex pipe and cut most of them so short that water was leaking into my home. They left all drainage all over my concrete when a rain spout was a foot away from the condensers. They were supposed to provide capping to hide the hoses and wires, - it was in the contract by amazon - instead they used a cheap putty where the holes were drilled that was cracking and falling apart, and left the hoses hanging out of our house. In addition, they did not secure the condensers, they just put them loosely on the concrete. They charged me extra and wanted $380 cash for extra power line that was supposed to be included and bought more than they needed to most likely use for other customers and refused to issue a receipt other than what they paid for the materials. They ran the power lines diagonal from the split ac units to the electrical panel and left the wire sitting on top of the drop ceiling. Also, the power box next to one condenser, they put the conduit between two of the hoses. Everything has to be taken apart and replaced the right way. They totally took advantage of us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere especially if you go through Amazon - they will cut every corner in the book. Worst service I ever had and the reviews on Amazon are very flawed. I posted pictures and a review and it wont even show. Do not trust this company. Even a professional who I had to hire couldnt even do the job 100% the right way because of all the corners they cut. *UPDATE, ONE OF THE COILS THIS COMPANY INSTALLED WAS ALSO NOT FLARED RIGHT MEANING IT LEAKED REFRIGERANT. I ONLY HAD THE UNIT 5 MONTHS. BECAUSE OF THIS ERROR BY THIS PROVIDER, MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY COVERED THE COST BUT I HAD TO PAY 5LB OF REFRIGERANT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.* Yet another major issue from this install. I recently had some electrical work done by NYCreDesign. A return visit was needed for an adjustment. Both Al and the electrician were professional, pleasant and went beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was totally satisfied. I can highly recommend them.
