I had a very bad experience on my last purchase order was lied to and I was never refund my money that I should gotten got the run around for my bed mattress and couch after fighting back and fourth I finally got a phone call to go pick a different couch sent me all the way to NJ to get there and find out they only have few couch in stock crazy so I had to settle for something I didnt want cause I was lied to it blew my mind how I was treated I lost it and fighting with sales managers and more I was done with it .. but I end going back to Raymor Flagnegin after speaking with a supervisor and promised me the world so I went and was greeted with a smile and her name was Shay she was amazing helpful and took her time with me was honest gave to me straight and also help me was not pushy made mw feel at home and that why I purchased and spent the $$$ I did cause of her she was amazing and more and on her day off she followed up with me I was wow that is Serivce and made sure I was ok and explained to me about the delivery and more I couldnt be happier with Shay she was amazing and great at what she does she is manager type how she so knowledgeable and more thank you Shay for all your help with my stuff and the amount of money I spent again thank you !!! u make Raymor and Flagnegin what it is today
