I am extremely exhausted by the service that the manager provides over here, the dirty, blonde, female and the dark skin heavyset new employee in the morning , every time they here in the morning they purposely provides the worst service so the customer wont come back and disturb there free time they never greet there customers they never thanks them or welcomes them when you greet them they dont respond back and give you the nasty reaction they gets so exhausted that they have to service you so they provides the wrong ingredients and the product is more than 50% empty , I ordered the double beef burrito. I go back to my job. I show all my coworkers that I recommend this place too that order here how sloppy her service was and instead of beef, she gave me chicken and on my receipt, it says, double beef and how empty the product was and how purposely she does that so you wont come back and disturb any of her free time because she has no staff and then shes training a new worker how to service the product , sloppy and empty , they purposely does this all the time. Serve us very bad so we wont come back., I believe her original staff that had a lot of greetings and respect, and the best service are no longer there , so they are extremely exhausted and serving the customers horrible,
no exaggeration .
They did this so many times so we wont come back . God is my witness.
Now she gave us no choice, but to not come back to this place , we all noticed every time shes making our order were gonna get the worst service and your text messages say your order is ready and it wasnt even made yet . I brought it to their attention is two Spanish short ladies they give the best service, and they admitted to me how horrible these people service are, and it just continues I ordered the beef layer everything made sloppy and 50% empty.
This is every morning every time I order for other people and they notice how bad is the service they dont want it anymore I keep giving it more chances thinking it will improve and it just never does
I will try to bring this to the Taco Bell headquarters corporate is attention with evidence and proof , I dont believe I can recommend anyone or I can come back to this place anymore. I have to go back to the one on Forest Avenue further down because their services excellent their food is very hot.
But this place their food is served very cold, sloppy, and incorrect ingredients and more than 50% empty. The service never improves here. And when I order the beef Chalupa, its almost 6 dollars and its 50% empty I dont get to enjoy anything. This is all because extremely bad service and laziness.

I spent $28 on my experience here to revisit a good quality meal. But instead, parts of my meal were missing, the food was bland, and it was as though I was just eating one sliver of lettuce wrapped in bread. I had a feeling that the soft tacos might come soggy so I added beef crunchy tacos to my order. To my surprise, they were no where to be found. Despite my expectations of beef and chicken being in the Crunchwrap, burrito, and tacos, these people might as well have assumed me to be a vegetarian because there was absolutely no meat in the meal. Eating this meal made me feel like a Victorian child from start to finish, starving. The portion sizes were so small that you might assume their family meal was meant for a family of mice. My order was for take out number #901205. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back again.
