Joe is absolutely the best architect on Staten Island. He was extremely talented in navigating all the building codes to get my homes certificate of occupancy updated. He was always responsive to my phone calls and emails, and stayed on top of all communications. Joe went above and beyond using his own time and effort to solve my DOB issues quickly and efficiently. He is well versed in his field and makes you feel like family. Bravo for a job well done!!

Joe was extremely easy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly, and I always felt like I knew what is going on and what to expect - a high bar to achieve when youre working with DOB.
