My experience was not horrible but just ughh. This was my first dermatology appointment and had high hopes and expectations. I guess due to Covid (which I doubt because it is a small area) you have to call when you are parked outside to see if youre able to come in or not. The receptionist is not bad either she just always seem busy. Ive worked as a medical assistant and I know how doctors work. This doctor is an elderly so hes going to do this his way; its what he knows. So he would ask questions and when I would answer them it had to be just that answer; nothing more nothing less. It just wasnt for me, if you want to go to a dermatologist and chat he is not the one but if you want to go in and out I guess hes the guy for you.

Zero stars if I could. I was appalled that he refused to coordinate with my doctor and I, as I am currently overseas. I came back home for vacation, and visited Dr Goldsman for the first time. He refused to take a biopsy of a potential melanoma, which I didnt even know I had. I asked him to take the biopsy and email me the result, as I was leaving in a few days. It could be cancer according to him! What kind of doctor does that!? Im a med student. I know the protocols. He also wouldnt take out a cyst, saying I need to see a plastic surgeon instead. What!? He just wants our co-pay and insurance money.

If I could give this office zero stars, I wouldve. Super disrespectful staff and doctor. Doctor doesnt even know what hes doing as hes just there not even answering questions that the patient may have about what hes prescribing. Medication hes selling is falsely advertised and actually burns your skin. As a person whose been working in pharmacy for 2+ years and currently in school for pharmacy, this doctor didnt even prescribe my mom the right medication. He wouldnt write a prescription because he wanted to sell the medication that he makes. As we went to return this medication they sold to us at the office, they gave us a hard time. They stated that they would return it before if it doesnt work, as its NOT FDA-Aprroved. Nasty office workers as they dont care about what happened to peoples face even though theyre a dermatologist office. People in the medical field should do better as theyre taking care of real people here with real issues. Find better help and care is the first step for sure in order to make sure your patient returns and is adherent.

how does the receptionist have a job? she speaks with the most unprofessional condescending tone. She called me to tell me my father missed his appointment ( didn't know doctors offices now are legally allowed to call and tell you that ), meanwhile i tried cancelling his appointment earlier and she told me to call back at 2pm to cancel? make it make sense....Doctor was pleasant but you lost our business.
