I had appointment with doctor Urbanek, he is very rude , disrespectful, didnt even bother to listen you , didnt care what problem you can with , did consultation with me only for few seconds , did not want to hear any of my questions and did not answer any questions. Just because he is knowledgeable and experience doesnt make it to be great doctor, he also need to learn how to be care, attentive, respectful. I wish I could give no stars at all.

And if I could have given ZERO stars, I would. I had an appointment today [05/03/2023] at 0830 hours, arrived maybe 5 minutes late, only to wait in the waiting room for an entire HOUR and when I asked when would I be called next I was told by the front desk that "the doctor like to be thorough with his patients", which if translated means you will wait until THEY FEEL like seeing you. I want for all to keep in mind that this was my experience as A NEW PATIENT ... quite the welcome. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone, at all. What I would recommend is that all of the front desk team gets is re-trained in customer service, as they are clearly lacking in that area.

Kept me waiting a long while and then did not do as I requested. When I walked out of the exam room to leave, he grabbed me, said he was "checking for cancer." But I made the appt. for the purpose of having him remove a small skin tag on my knee. He sliced off far more than the skin tag, and there is a permanent scar. I called to complain. He called me back at 7 am! That was my first and last visit with him. I didn't file a formal complaint to state licensing, but I do hope he retires now.

Gets two stars instead of one because the staff seems professional, though quite cold. Dr. Urbanek himself is a disaster. He is unprofessional, rushing the patient as though he has better things to do than to listen to you. Speaks nonsense that is demonstrably wrong and is confrontational and unpleasant when you ask for clarification. Told me that my insurance doesn't cover the removal of skin tags because Hillary Clinton doesn't want it to. (This in 2022!). If you have questions about any skin conditions, save your money and just google it, you will get far more information that way.

Went to see Dr. Urbanek for my 6 year old to have something removed, he had terrible bedside manner, did not greet us, was very condescending and not to mention borderline verbally abusive to his office staff. My son had to have something lasered off and when I told my son not to worry and that it won't hurt, he proceeded to tell my son "actually, it is going to hurt" .. once he began the treatment and my son was screaming, the doctor proceeded to force the laser upon my sons neck despite clearly verbalizing he needed to stop. PLEASE DO NOT SEE DR URBANEK FOR A CHILD!! MY CHILD WAS TERRIFIED OF THIS LICENSED MONSTER! The physician assistant, Jeremy was a true gem; for starters, he greeted us, explained the whole process and did not use words that made my son feel anxious. He was polite and respectful to office staff assisting him. I regret ever taking the appointment with "the doctor".
