If I could leave half a star I would, & that would be for Dr. Jackson properly greeting me by shaking my hand. This was my first time at Dr. Jackson's office, & I went there for a professional diagnosis to a condition that's come upon me. In about maybe less then a year, the top of my head has been losing hair in two separate but close spots. My wife & I strongly believe it is alopecia but ofcourse, we knew it was wise to get it diagnosed professionally to see if indeed that's what it is. I'll do my best to make this short, no need to give every detail of my experience..... I know the Dr is experienced in this field & I don't doubt he knows his work, however, I'll list just 3 things that made me very uncomfortable: 1 - he was convinced I did have alopecia just by looking at it & stated there is no need to examine it any further, after I had asked about it being examined further (tho he could be right, I would've felt more comfortable had he asked, would I like to have it accurately examined & not just take his word, cause he could also be wrong). 2 - he stated there is a cream for alopecia but, that it doesn't work as well as the corticosteroid injections. However, what made me uncomfortable was how he was really persistent with the injections without even taking the time to ask, how do I feel about it.... would I prefer the cream or the injection was never asked, just really trying to have me take the injection, like he was working on commission.... in my head I'm thinking, this guy is really trying to get me to take this potion. He pulled his potion out his draw, took out his rubber gloves, & was ready to go to work. I stated that before I go any further, I'd like to first discuss it over with my wife. 3 - He questioned me, "Is your wife in the medical field?" Once he said that, I immediately knew he wasn't pleased with my response because he followed up with, "isn't it your body, I don't understand why you would need to discuss it with your wife"...I told him, that's not for you to question & that my wife & I like to talk things over. He was questioning me as if he was a marriage counselor. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Dr. Keith Jackson's way of dealing with me made me not trust him & very uncomfortable.

Kathryn's performance as a customer service representative has been less than satisfactory. Upon answering the phone, her demeanor was notably rude, and unfortunately, her assistance proved unhelpful. This experience raises concerns about the quality of customer service provided by Kathryn in the office.

Office hours are not accommodating for working-class adults, and the hours for children are also not accommodating for children who are in school. they only work 2 days a week until 3 pm, & no weekend hours. If you need to see him you have to skip school or take a day off to be seen, plus you wait hours in the office. You are better off finding another doctor with suitable hours.

I have been a patient of Dr Keith for a few years. Dr Keith has a deep understanding of all aspects of skin health and he is abreast on the latest treatments and technologies. He listens carefully to my concerns and answers all my questions in a clear and concise manner. It also helps that I am greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, who make me comfortable. My skin has significantly improved. Thanks Dr Keith!
