This company, Tri State Concrete Solutions was hired by my contractor to overlay a concrete pool deck. They assured us that the product applied Acrylistain would not crack or peel and that they stand behind the application/product. Should we have any problems they will deal directly with homeowner and fix issue. The job was completed in August 2019 I started contacting them in May 2020 when I opened the pool and saw the concrete deck had multiple cracks and chips. After many calls/voicemails with no response, I reached out to the Corporate offices of Acrylistain, they assured me that applied correctly this would not happen. Tri State is using pictures of my yard on their website to secure new jobs but doesnt stand behind their work.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
