        Exceptional Diagnostic Skills! Took my computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad for repair, only to be told that my computer was "Shot"...that the "mother board" was cracked...All without even looking at the computer... I was offered two suggestions...1, to purchase a repair plan, or ,2, purchase a new computer! I took it to Hylan Computer Repair, and it took him less that 10 minutes on his diagnostic equipment to find and explain the problem and the the solution for repair... A True Craftsman with Integrity! And the repair cost was Very reasonable...just a little bit more than the price of Best Buy's repair plan, which couldn't even guarantee a positive outcome...
