They need to hire the right people that knows the meanings of customer service they are rude and very unprofessional All staff are horrible they dont care or resolve customer complaints or problems I hate that store if I go another store I will get treated with more respect and professional than this.

Disgusting service. The worker at the store was so rude to my daughter. All she wanted to do was pick her own pj's and the lady yelled at her saying if your not gonna buy it don't touch it. How do you work in a children's store if you don't know how to deal or speak to them. So I had to confront her. I would never ever shop her again. If kids can't shop in a store by picking what they want they should put a sign outside saying no kids allowed! Very disappointed.

It's unbelievable for this sucks online pickup service. You charge my money for pick up order. Then I go to the store to pick up my order. See what's happening? Your item has already been sold to someone elseSo it's unavailable. That's so ridiculous
