Verizon Authorized Retailer Best Wireless

This is the worst public scam going. I tried to buy th new 14 promax cash. They said if i did, id have to pay an additional$150 so i had to finance $10. The rep told me my momthly bill would be$75 including ins. I was charged an actovatipn fee at the store. I have t has service since 9/20 Hours and hours later, days into days they still havemt got my phone on They decided it was the phone and ordered me a me one and said i wouldn't have it till November. The ins. Said next day ams i had it the next day. Same thing 11

Jeremy at the Verizon store in the empire outlets was amazing. He was very helpful and patient during the process of purchasing my new phone.

Avoid this store. Store manager Mohammed Sleem misled me on the price of my iPhone, costing me approximately $20/month more than initially quoted when I placed the order for the phone. District manager Gerard offered no recourse. Not sure if Mo was predatory or incompetent and Im not sure which is worse. They also tried to conceal, then pressure a $35 data transfer fee which was unnecessary since all my info was backed up on iCloud. Ultimately, I regret not ordering my upgrade online from Verizon which is much more transparent.
